Returns Policy

At Banana Glow, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect selection, or any reason other than verified product damage.

To qualify for a replacement or refund:

• Notify us within 24–48 hours of receiving your order.
• Provide clear photos or a short video showing the damaged product and its packaging.
• Do not use or further open the product, as this may affect eligibility.

Once your claim has been reviewed and approved, we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund for the damaged item.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, all skincare and cosmetic products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable once received, except in cases of verified damage as outlined above.
